I was out inspecting my property on Monday , 9/11, after Hurricane Irma went through and forgot that I had the front door handle locked (normally only use the dead bolt!). The Association President recommended American Lock & Key. Got through to Jeff, the Owner. After checking if it was OK for him to be safely out on the roads, he was at my door within the hour and unlocked my door. I could not be more happy with the service as he empathized with the situation and charged me the normal flat rate - this after a Category 2 hurricane went through SW Florida less than 12 hours earlier!

This poor man had to drill a hole in a safe that was installed  25 years ago upside down. Whoever installed it was a bozo. God bless him for his patience and know-how. He also had the technology needed for the job. And his fee was reasonable as it was a lot of work.

If your looking for quality workmanship and fast service look no further. Jeff has the old school work ethic which can be hard to find nowadays. I'd highly recommend American lock & key from anything to rekeying your locks to purchasing a high quality safe.

Needed a chipped key for aFord Fiesta these did it in 20 minutes for less than half the dealer price. Great service and attitude highly recommend !
