Today we are leaving San Francisco. Five Emerald was supposed to pick us up in Half Moon Bay at 10am for a ride to the airport. Through a communications glitch they had 10pm. At 1030 we called, sussed out .the error and started sweating. At 1105 Larry arrived and 30 minutes later we were at the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Larry was a fun guy to talk to and the ride was excellent. Thanks Five Emerald Limousine!

Ali was great, we walked in asking about making a new key for our car since the lock and unlock buttons were missing. He had no problem in doing that for us. Best of all he did all of it in less than 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this shop.

Lost my car keys. Had to get to the airport.  One phone call at 1am and they responded super fast. I can't thank them enough. Talk about politeness. ..quite a gentleman. Great company!

They were unable to provide me the service I needed. I even tried to call AAA to get a discount and I found out that they lied to the assistant from AAA and said that the part was damaged. Never Again

REPLY: The issue from my faulty ignition was resolved this morning by a professional certified locksmith willing to accept my cash money. Please don't lie to yourself nor to AAA. Thank you for your help

Had a very good experience.  Called them and within an hour they were at my house because I locked my keys in my car.  Friendly, honest and very professional, I will definitely call again if I ever need help again.  Thank you  American Lock & Safe Inc for your service.
