Apparently,this company does NOT work on weekends. This included Friday at 4:40pm. I was told that even though I'd lost my keys(Im from Washington) that they don't work weekends and I'd have to wait until then. Mind you, I'm sitting outside a Shell station waiting for help. Thank God the attendant found my keys and I was able to leave. Don't expect above and beyond and for sure not on the weekend.

Very friendly broke my car key in and out in 10 min and didnt charge much at all less then $20

I've gone to them for multiple cases, and they knew exactly how to help every time. They're the locksmiths that know what they're doing, and can look at a key and tell you all about it.

We were traveling with our RV and the key broke off in the lock. I called American who gave us directions to their facility late on Friday. They were able to get the broken key out and back on the road in 30 minutes. The charge was very reasonable at $35. Gave them 5 stars for a great job without gouging travelers--but also being so nice & friendly.
