Would definitely hire again. The representative who came to quote and the workers who did the work were all respectful, clean, and on-time.  Great communication.  The only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because the girl in the office comes off a little snobbish and doesn't have a very nice tone in her emails.  That can be fixed.  I almost didn't go with them because of her, but I had to remember that she is not the one doing the work.  I ended up going around her and only communicated with my representative instead.
