HORRIBLE-DO NOT USE. I have a homeowners warranty with 2-10. I sent in a request for my tankless water heater to be looked at. I also called their office to discuss the type of water heater i had. I reported to them the error code on my water heater. They scheduled an appointment for monday (it was friday). The technician shows up, looks at the water heater, and then asks for my $75 co-pay. I give him the check and he says give me a minute let me go call the office. He then comes back a few minutes later and says "we don't work on tankless systems". He asked for and took my check knowing what kind of system it was. They sent him out knowing they don't work on those just to collect that check. What kind of shady business does that? I wont even go into the appearance of the guy who came out. Stay far away from this company. The reviews do truly speak for themselves.

Customer Service stinks!! I called here because they were a member of our local chamber of commerce. I was told they would be at my office before 3pm on Dec 23 to look at our plumbing issue. I had other service men waiting on their arrival. Today is Dec 29 and I have yet to see anyone!! I left messages at their office and on Ken's cell phone. No one ever called me back stating they could not make it. I guess we were not important enough! I will never refer anyone here.

I live in a slab house. I had a clog that backed up from my kitchen sink into my bathtub. I went through my home warranty. They called to set up an appointment. I made the appointment for 1-3 o'clock. They came at noon and called me and I missed it. I called back saying I was at work and ask him if they could come back at 1:00, he said if he leaves he's not coming back. So I had to leave work early. He came and tried to plunge the bathtub and then went onto the roof to snake it from the mainline vent. This didn't work. He told me the problem was farther out and I needed it jetted out. I paid $100. He told me someone else was supposed to come jet it only to find out it was not covered in the warranty. After this I called back asking if they would come back for free and try again. Because they told me the work was under warranty, only to find out that's it's only under warranty if it was fixed. The lady said yes. And then I got a call from the owner Ken. He got very defensive when I ask them try to snake from the bathroom or the main clean out. And he told me that wouldn't work and that he went through the main line and the prob is farther out. He said he had the best equipment and was very hostile. I eventually gave up and hung up. I found a handyman that night who found an access behind the tub. And snaked through there and also through the kitchen sink with a handheld snake and ended up fixing the clog. The clog was between the kitchen and tub. Not in the main line. I am very displeased with the inaccuracy and rudeness of this "licensed Plumber." His customer service is terrible. I will be calling the warranty people and further escalating the issue because they do not deserve to be paid for a half- done try.

Awful customer service. Their hours were 9-3 week days and I made it clear that I had to take off work to meet with them. They didn't show up the next day and I had to call to follow up. They said I wasn't in the schedule and never apologized or seemed concerned. I had to call back again after no one called back after my first call and let them know I was leaving and had to get to work since it was over and hour and a half since they were supposed to be there already. Someone finally called me and I asked them to call my husband to try to reschedule for the afternoon. They never called him back either. We were obviously not important customers and we never even had any service provided because it was such a horrible experience trying to schedule.

My home owners warranty referred me to American Plumbing Solutions. They came out and I paid the $100 ded for them to asses the problem. The plumber that came to the first visit assessed my leak for about 10 min and said he would have to cut out the drywall on another day and left. I then took off work a second day, for him to come back to find the problem and fix it. After cutting the dry wall out and assessing for only about 30 min, he said it was a filter that he was not able to remove because it was on too tight and "WE SHOULD TRY ANOTHER PLUMBER." Then after I called the office, he returned my phone call and stated he was the owner of the company and ALSO the STRONGEST one they had! Also, YES he could fix the problem, he would return to my house, spray wd40 for 1-3 days at $159.00 an hour. When I told him that sounded like a scam he said he would come to my house and rip out my entire drainage system. He emeditly got very defensive and started yelling at me... The last thing I want is that man in my house. Seems like he just wanted to take my deductable but did not want to take the time to actually fix the problem that I was more then willing to pay for. ALSO, when he arrived on the first assessment he asked to use on of my towels to clog the drain... Shouldn't he have his own supplies?
