I am a frequent car washer and this is one of the better/best self serve locations in the area. Equipment and the bays are rarely if ever out of order. The place is kept clean and in good working order. The water that comes out is warm to hot and they don't skimp on the product - the foaming brush is frothy and you can tell you're actually getting the spray wax. Rarely is there a wait for a bay. Credit and debit cards are accepted which delights me to no end!

WARNING AUTOMATED CAR WASH WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT WORK, I tried calling the number but ove course no one picked up. Im going to report to the business bureau on these cowards. I ALSO ADVISED THE GAS STATION NEXT DOOR TO GET THE WORD OUT ON THESE RATCHET SCAM ARTIST.  TO THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY YOU ARE SCUM, I AM AN BORN AND RAISED CLEVELANDER , WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY, HOW DARE YOU ROB FROM YOUR PEOPLE'S, YOU ARE SCUM AND DESERVE TO HAVE YOUR BUSINESS SHUT DOWN.

Pretty good for a quick wash, doesn't always get all the bird poo off the car! Lol

Automated car wash is not well maintained nor does it work well. Price is high.
