Linda and her staff are VERY professional and a delight to work with. When my Army Veteran husband and I were on Section 8, because we fell on hard times, Linda and American Property Services were happy to step up and rent to us when no one else in the five city area would. She has always been a kind-hearted and understanding person. She is very down to earth and has always done us right since day one. Thank you Linda and American Property Services for always being there to help a family in need!

This management company has always been very attentive, professional and reliable.  Whenever a tenant calls with a problem, they always let me know and solve the problem immediately.  They have a great team of repair and management specialists that can service any property issue.  It's a great feeling to never have to worry about my property especially when I am out of town.

Professional, efficient, persistent HOA Management. Promises kept, easy communication, friendly and efficient staff, a HUGE improvement over our previous management! It has been an uphill battle with our complex, and American Property Services has been there with us every step of the way, leading, advising, and following-up, and there is definitely a light at the end of the tunnel - THANKS!
