I so greatly appreciated that when I called from my doctors office I was able to get an appointment within a 1/2 hour for a mammogram, however I landed up waiting 93 minutes to be seen.  

I would have preferred if they gave me a later date instead of waiting such an extended time.  It appeared they only had one tech on duty with many of us in the waiting area.

Tech was very pleasant!

minute wait for a drop in visit, which wasn't bad. My Pediatrician recommended this facility, and the technicians were really nice. They even showed me my son's x-rays and explained what the different bones were. :-)

Positive experience. Friendly efficient check in. Waited less than one minute after completing paperwork. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

I went in on 8/10/17 for an Upper GI, they collected what they thought was my co-pay.  I found out later, I overpaid them because I had already met my deductible.  I have been calling the billing department continuously to get back the portion from American Radiology back that my insurance company paid.  Up until today (9/8/17), this matter has not been resolved and every time I call, they are "putting in a new work order and  speaking to their manager."  I have not received a call back from anyone!  So beware before you pay your payment upfront (which they have no problem taking your money) when you go in, because it's like pulling teeth to get your money back.

Awful. My wife waited 3 hours for her mammogram. Just to start the test which takes an hour. How can you misjudge your patient load that bad. Worst part they never gave her a straight answer just let her sit. I would never recommend this place. Coming from someone in healthcare this is absurd
