Great Deal! I was warned it could take a long time because they wait until they have a full load to ship to your area (not sure how wide of an area that is). I was told it would be 6 weeks, but it ended up being 8 weeks. But I am okay with that because I got a great deal. Installation was fast, and they did a great job.

I ordered a carport may 26th. Still haven't got it. I have been told 2 more weeks a few times. It has been 10 weeks now, and they keep saying 2 more weeks if they have another carport near me. If not, I have to wait longer. I guess there is no maximum wait time.

Everything went well - no issues. Extremely impressed with the installers. They were very friendly and very professional. They need a raise!

We ordered a carport on July 9 and were told it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. At 7 weeks we were told there was a production delay, at 9 weeks were were told there were no trucks that could deliver to us (1 hour outside chicago, right off the highway) and they would call us when they could come out. At 11 weeks we called them to see what was up, they transfered me all over the place until a guy said they had us on the schedule for the week of Oct 10.... Oct 12 came and still hadn't heard from them so I called, they said they didn't have the rest of the weeks schedule done until the next day at noon and the Il scheduler would call me. She didn't so I called her, and then she said she had to wait to see if any trucks came back in on Friday to see if we would get a deliver possibly Sat so call back Friday after noon. I called at 330 and she said that there were no trucks coming our way and they would deliver our structure the end of next week...supposedly. 15 weeks after we ordered it!! I ordered in July as I knew I was having major back surgery and would be in a wheelchair as of Sept. Its rainy and cold and I have no carport to park under while I try to get in and out of the car rain or shine. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!
