DO NOT BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!!!!!  Why?? Because my very first experience with American Tire Depot in Hemet, CA was extraordinarily WONDERFUL!!! I left there a completely satisfied & HAPPY customer!! I had my first visit to American Tire Depot today and I was VERY happy with not only the fast & expedient service, but the extremely professional & courteous manner in which I was treated!! The reason I decided to buy my tire at American Tire Depot was because first of all, I received the LOWEST PRICE quote of all the other tire companies in
Hemet, CA I had called for quotes!! But secondly, I was very impressed with the manner in which I was treated over the phone by the store manager, Darryl (the correct spelling by the way - - I asked!!). He was very professional, courteous, easy to talk to, did not make me feel rushed, and
was very likeable & respectful to me. Because of his most excellent customer service, I felt this was the kind of place I wanted to do business with. As it turned out, American Tire Depot & Darryl did not disappoint my expectations. When I arrived I was greeted with a wide, friendly
smile & a firm handshake from Darryl & was immediately comfortable with my decision to come here.  Not only did I get the BEST PRICE IN TOWN for my tire, I know I will return here to American Tire Depot again for my future car service needs because of the most excellent
way I was treated, not just by Darryl, but also by all of the other employees who worked there as well. The place is clean and they even provide a TV to watch movies on while you wait. Great Place! Check them out! Don’t believe the naysayers who want to make other peoples’ lives miserable just because they have unhappy personal lives or are having a bad day & need to take it out on someone!! ^_^

Darrell and Chris are AMAZING! Exemplary customer service, extremely knowledgeable, fast yet quality service. If there's a deal or break to be given, they will give it!! I love it here and I feel like I would never be as comfortable anywhere else! Darrell if you're reading this, I know you remember me, just think of that silver dodge charger that comes through for any of my car needs!! :-) you guys are awesome!! 😁

These people know how to please with friendly service and attentive technicians. Bought 2 RV tires and they were installed promptly and spare was also attended to. All tires and brakes were inspected. Will be back.

Simply the Best.  Darrel and Johnathan are honest and knowledgeable.  I was in for tires and had a check engine light on.  I had talked to the dealer and they quoted me $500.  They wanted me to pay $125 just for them to take a look at it.  Darrel tested it for free and fixed the problem for $130 parts and labor.  I will only go to America Tire Depot in Hemet for all future automotive needs.

Went there to have my car checked. They identified the steering bars to be replaced. Thet took the whole day. At the end, they replaced them. However, they did not have the tool to tight them. It is required a long tighting tool to do this. They did it manually with no tools. Unbelievable that they did this on a safety related assembly. I immediately I took my car to the repair shop in front of this store and they were able to remove the bars using the bare hands. They then used the right tool for the work and did it professionally. I ended up paying again. I dont recomend this branch of American Tire Depot store at all.
