VERY professional from start to finish. We had an old home without AC. Their engineers figured out the right plan for our house and budget. They give you pricing upfront and don't pressure you into any unnecessary upgrades. They finished ahead of schedule and we are thrilled with our new unit. Highly recommended.

Excellent company and excellent technician. They are skilled, responsive, and very helpful. Use them. Never had any problems. Nothing g but terrific service and helpful knowledgeable personnel.

Dominic H. called me to let me know he was coming, he arrived on time, he completed the work within the time allotted, he cleaned up, he explained what he did and how I should operate my new humidifier.  He was absolutely professional, pleasant and most important, knew what he was doing.  Simply the best!

Matthew Matti was our technician on 02-06-18.  He was quite knowledgeable and honest and willing to provide help to us in a quite frantic situation when we had no heat.  His recommendations were sound and we followed them.  I would highly recommend Mr. Matti and American Vintage Homes.

Matthew came out today to look at my furnace which inexplicably stopped and then started and then stopped.  He spent a lot of time analyzing what was going on and left me with a list of things that need to be done now and a list that I could do later.  Given the age of the furnace, I have opted to purchase a new furnace from the company.  Not happy that I have to buy something new, but am very pleased with this company that seems to put customer service as one of its priorities.
