The shuttle service was convenient and I would recommend this. However, the service department is dreadful! 1 month after an oil change I needed more windshield washer fluid. When I opened the hood, the oil cap was missing! Mistakes happen so I called the service manager to discuss. I'd expect a new cap and a free oil change to get rid of any debris that may have contaminated the oil tank. Sadly, no reply!!!! I'm very disappointed in the lack of response from the company/manager!!!! Very poor customer service!

$50 was stolen out of my center console while parked there last weekend. Talked with the callous owner who refused to even consider giving me a coupon. He also wanted to know how I could have the gall to leave cash in my car. I didn't think it was going to be rummaged through. I thought it was a parking lot, not a rummage-and-plunder lot. Shady and invasive, demeaning and ruthless, uncaring and seemingly not bothered by complaints. These are some of the words that come to mind. Unscrupulous and happy in the cesspool of the worst of human behavior. Though their shuttle was on time, I recommend parking at the airport.

We are greatly upset on the decision to stop providing this service with no notification on your web site or any where else. Here we are in the middle of a snow storm in NY and only find out that we will have to park outside in Long term parking at the airport. Your no-notice action especially during the holidays, will prompt me to make a negative comment on Google web sites on your business and elsewhere. There was nothing on the web site or otherwise as to this action. I found out only after getting there that the service was cancelled after Monday the Dec 18th 2017.

They stopped offering park n ride derive and didn’t tell us loyal customers!
