!!!!!!!!BEDBUGS!!!! 
I booked 3 rooms for the weekend thru Expedia, I used my debit card to hold the rooms but wanted to pay cash for the rooms because we were splitting the cost among family. He charged the money on my card despite me telling him multiple times I would be paying cash. Then he told me that this was “policy” to charge my card upon arrival without my permission! He says there is no other way to pay because that is their policy...Every person before and after us also had issues checking in! The rooms are disgusting! Half the lights don’t work, coffee and ice machine were broken, as well as washer and dryer. Sheets were dirty and wrinkled, towels were stained. Staff were argumentative and not helpful at all, the guy working at the desk refused to give me the managers phone number. The last night that we stayed, my sister found a bedbug crawling across her pillow! My mom found specks of blood on her pillows which is a good indicator of bedbugs. My niece was full of bedbug bites. No apologies or refunds were offered! When we were leaving, another customer had overheard us talking about the bedbugs and showed us the bites he had all over his arms!!! So disgusting and disappointing!!! Not to mention that the guy at the desk couldn’t make eye contact with me when I had issues but had no problem staring at my 17 year old niece in her bikini

Great place ,Nice quiet stay  everyone was  super friendly and the hotel was very clean and well maintained.i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone .beds are nice comfortable sleep Bathroom nice and clean. Hot tub and Swimming pool Awesome kids love it .  Thanks Americas Best Value Inn

BED BUGS ROOM 217 AND WHO KNOWS WHERE ELSE! We found them and the new manager tried telling us he didn't see anything when he looked the room over, so naturally I showed him. Absolutely DISGUSTED. If I could give zero stars I would.

HOTEL HELL Do NOT stay here!!! BEDBUGS!!!! Right away we had trouble checking in the guy at the desk charged my sister's card without permission after she told him she was paying cash. He tried to refuse her a refund because it was policy he even tried blaming it on expedia saying they had charged it. He argued with us about everything and refused to give us manager's name.  My mother's room was covered in Asian beetles and when I told the front desk all he said was ok I said no i want them cleared and removed from the room. The beds were stained towels disgusting and pillows yellow. The second night I found a bed bug crawling across my pillow I saved it in a Ziploc for proof.  The next morning I let the front desk know what I found and that we had bites all over us . The woman said why didn't you say something last night. I was floored that she was arguing with me.  I said because it was 3am and no one was at the front desk and I have my whole family here. I can't just pack up and take off on a 3hr trip home. These people do not know how to run a hotel and never offered a refund.

I also had problems checking in.. the staff was very unfriendly.. They couldn't find my reservation and refused to let me talk to a manager.. even though I had my confirmation number..After saying the same thing over and over again for 15 minutes he gave me the room.. it was weird.  Now I wish he hadn't being my niece found bed bugs..in her room!
