Not the best area in town but most definitely the best staff I have ever met in my world in a hotel these people will absolutely Bend and do whatever they can to help you

My stay was ok durring the hurricane but was not happy with made service I asked for towls 3 times until I went down and got them myself and went they cleaned my room my bed was not made and the shower was just hot and cold because it stops in between temperatures. Otherwise it was safe and comfortable.

I wish I could give negative stars for this hotel. They are a disgrace to the name brand of America's Best. In fact they have to be America's worst. We stayed at this hotel on Friday March 17th in room 215. It was disgusting. I took a picture of the cockroach coming out of the phone and the paint on the carpet and the walls looking like a mud pit. When I complained, their solution was to refund less than $25 which was 20% of what we paid for the one night. Don't stay at this location ever. The state of this property is abysmal. Run away fast. I have pictures of the property as proof that it is disgusting.

I used to work here, this place needs to be shut down. It's horrible! There is roaches & bug bugs I'm a lot of the rooms. Some of the employees live there. I wish I still had the pictures I took of some of the rooms. It was soooooo gross. I would NOT say here. The breakfast is gross. How they make the coffee & waffles they get the water outta the water hose spiket by the bathrooms the cerial sits out all day & night. So dose the bread & English muffins. The manager is very rude he will not work with you.

Needs better decor for the price Pool doesn't stay open all the time like it use to. The carpets new changing but the receptionist is always helpful.
