The shower water was cold. Called ask them to turn the water up, he said wait 2 minutes. Shower was still cold. Nobody wants a cold shower or lukewarm. The furniture is old and worn out as well. The should charge 45 buck at best.

Clean and comfy just a normal budget style hotel. Sheets and pillow cases nice bright white, but the bed is not that comfortable. Very Firm... Stayed here for 3 nights out of town for work Sat-Tues. It's very quiet all the time. Huddle house, Family Dollar and Dairy Queen within walking distance 1-3 mins. A little confused on why some of the double pane windows are broken, not one but several. They are double glass so no issues except it looks bad when you notice it and glass can cut you. Office and Breakfast room very small, 5x7 at Max and just really not a breakfast on very small table. Owners and cleaning crew very nice. Would stay here again for the price I got off trip advisor if in area.

Basic clean but dated room. It met my needs of sleep and met my expectations based on price. On a hot day the AC cooled my room sufficiently. The bathroom was clean. The linens were clean and the bed was exceptable. As a place to sleep while working in town it is OK. Please be aware that it is very dated and the breakfast is minimal. Not a hot breakfast. See pics

I stayed here for 3 nights in room 123 September 23, 24, and 25. I like this location. I felt safe on the property and in my room. Water was hot every time I took a shower. Nice size refrigerator and an easy to use microwave in room. You can barely hear your neighbor in the next room. The grounds well kept. King size bed, sleeper sofa, coffee table, desk, dresser, and chair in the room. Nice layout. not cumbersome. We sat on the sofa and ate our food on the coffee table. I saw the owner a couple of time preparing rooms for guest. He and his wife puts their blood, sweat and tears in to making each room inviting for new guest. Down to the way the pillows are placed on the bed above the bedspread. We had a problem with a key for the room. The owner responded promptly. my only complaint - remove lime scale from shower heads.
