This is newly renovated and is well worth the price especially for this area. The hotel was very quiet and the front desk staff was helpful. They get 4 stars because there is no elevator which did not impact my stay (but I know this may bother some), the breakfast selection was a little scant, and the check-in process can be a bit slow because they still do everything by hand. None of these cons bothered me whatsoever but I thought they are worth mentioning. Overall the place is great and located close to lots of things to do in New Paltz!

Honestly just called to ask a simple question and the way the question was answered was uncalled for... when asked if I can use a student discount for my family I was told they don’t allow wild parties ... well DUH .. but that’s not what I asked ...

Half the price of the place next door. Bed was comfortable, heat/ac worked super quickly. Will stay again.
