Nice hotel for a good price. Yes it is a bit dated, but you're not staying at a Hampton. It is very nice and the staff is very helpful and nice. The room is clean and so is the bathroom. Went down to the pool and it's nice and large, plenty of room to swim and play. Also very close to downtown and everything is only a minute away. For a nice night in an affordable hotel, I would recommend Americas Best.

Disclaimer: This is the least expensive hotel in the area, so the "you get what you pay for" rule is in full effect. That said not bad for the price. Has a pool and hot tub. Mini fridge and safe in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room smelled of cigarettes. Thats the only real criticism I have.

Horrible. Filthy.  Drug use and traffic, running rampant. Hillbilly live in staff, were quite rude. Manager sexually harassed me, and kept my room offbooks to pocket money. Water smells like garlic, body odor, and sewage. Health Department,  and Better business bureau should definitely investigate. I would NEVER give me patronage to this business, again.

America's Best Value Inn is what it's advertising. You get a bargain room that isn't amazing, for a low price. The location is at the corner of an intersection, but it's not busy after 10pm, so all is quiet for sleeping. Beds are comfortable, service was hospitable, room was clean, and overall it was a good night's rest. The only downside was the staircase to the upper floor was weak and felt like it was falling though when I walked on it. The AC unit seemed weak but still sufficed. And the television in our room was outdated. If you're coming here to crash after a long day, it's a good place.

Stayed here twice for the Dalmac. Outside is always dirty and covered with cigarette butts. Both times we entered our rooms they reeked of cigarette smoke, even though there is "supposedly" a fee for rooms that have smoked in. Apparently that substantial fee is to purchase a cheap aerosol spray to mask the smell, but no actual cleaning takes place. Grosses me out! I hate this place. I went to purchase cleaning products after I arrived. It is way overpriced for the quality of service and cleanliness. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else.
