Definite bed bugs. In town for a funeral, had to find a "budget friendly" place to stay. Went to bed and turned of the lights and saw a giant bed bug crawling across my pillow. Jumped out of bed and turned on the lights, to find more on my pillows and my roommate had them crawling all over her. They gave no refund. Don't even think about it

Please be aware I have contacted the hotel my brother stayed for the weekend.He woke up what seems to be bed bug bites I contacted the office which the lady got I rate . She demanded the room number which I shouldn't have told her . Probably cleaned the room. Then she called a few days later saying she called the health department and if I was smart enough I could find out this info for myself. She called back threatening me. Be aware of this place.

No stars for this hotel!!! My husband and I rented the Arabian night room and were appalled at the filth. The room had not been vaccumed in a long time. There were bugs all over the floors. The wallpaper is pealing and mold is visible. The carpet looked like it had blood stains. So much more I could go on about, but what topped it all off was that we found a dildo under the headboard of the bed!!! We complained to the manager and he didnt do anything about it. He didnt refund our money and i didnt get my deposit back. This hotel should be shut down. I wish i could get a hold of the owner or someone who could actually do something about it.

This hotel has bed bugs DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I am staying in Denton TX for work decided to get a room after going out for drinks I was about to lay down and notice bed bugs Crawling all over my pillow and bed. I called the front desk and the Front desk Attendant said he was sorry but there’s no bugs in that room without even checking. Insisted that I stay and lay with bugs until the manager comes in at 6am. He said I cant do anything until the manger gets here I’m sorry sir no bugs are in that room no bugs are in that room that’s all he continued to say. I asked for a refund he says I can only give a refund 2hrs after the reservation that’s bs I wil let you know what happens after the manger arrives waiting in my car.

Do not trust these people with your credit card! My credit card was compromised after staying at this establishment that has the ability to recreate cards (door keys for example). It was the only place I used this card during my stay in Denton. Just be careful and be smart. I cannot prove it came from there but my card hasn't seen the light of day except for the front desk at this hotel.
