Not a bad place at all. Our room was clean and pretty comfortable which is all you can really ask for. It's nothing breath-taking but that's not terribly important to me. I'd say the rooms are fairly big and roomy. I really like the fact that many of the rooms already have a kitchen sink, toaster, microwave and a lot of the amenities that many other places lack. The prices are fair in my opinion. I'd recommend staying here if you want to avoid the downtown craziness and the downtown prices! You can get everywhere you really want to go in Seattle in about 15-20 minutes so if you're looking to save a few bucks and don't mind traveling a bit this is a great place to stay.

Decent for the most part and front desk woman was very nice and helpful. You'll definitely want a room on the upper floor cause the place is old so you can hear walking and talking above you. Could use some 'professional' maintenance and painting in the rooms and perhaps a talk with the maids about wiping down walls and doors in the bathrooms, ours had some strange smears of who knows what in it. All in all okay for a night or two. Beware though if you call the motel office and book your room through them, they will do it through Expedia...

Old tv's with no cable. Rude service desk. Terrible water pressure. And you have to be older than 21 with valid ID in order to rent a room, no exceptions. Spacious rooms I guess. But overall it's pretty terrible.

i read some of the reviews and went with my gut about staying here. let me tell you, it was a pleasure to stay here... front desk assistance from 'samantha' was spot on, she was understanding, very nice and professional. there is a bus stop right around the corner (150) which takes you straight into downtown. that was how we got in and out of tukwila and into the city everyday and had no problems. the breakfast was not amazing but nothing to complain about, it's good enough. overall I was very pleased and did not have a single problem here.
