I originally came here to visit my son's dad who stayed there for business. We were going to head back the next day, but weather was bad. It was such a nice room with a great location. Pool was nice and my son enjoyed it. I also love the location. It's right next to the freeway and close to many shops. I was pleasantly surprised of everything and I enjoyed breakfast. I like how they switch hot options daily so you won't be bored.

I love the AmericInn Hotel in Moundsview, MN. I can feel the warmth from the hotel team when I walk in. Always a smile and a warm welcome. The rooms are beautiful and always very clean. I love the breakfast options both warm and cold options. They have a wonderful pool too. My family and I enjoyed it last time I was there. I need to work on my computer when there and the WiFI works well for me. Good speed and easy to connect. Thank you for a great stay!

I had my son's birthday party there a while back. From start to finish it was a FABULOUS experience!! I called to set everything up, ispoke with Laurie (later found out she was the manager) who was extremely helpful! We used the lobby which was beautifully set up, the pool the kids loved the waterslide! And had an extra nice room. All in all a great experience, we will be back often!! Thank you Laurie & team!!!!

I arrived there July 5, and checked out Sept.30. The best combination of staff and accommodations a person traveling can hope for, in the 3 months I stayed there, I was without a doubt the most enjoyable stay i have ever had didnt want to leave, and am hopeful I can return someday.Thank you for such a great stay.

I would give then a negative star if possible, my sister and her family of 4 stayed there a few days after her 12 year old daughter took her own life. She just wanted to get the kids out of the home and there mind off all the sadness and to have a little fun. Well I guess they left the room to messy and they are fining her $100 and banned them from there. Remember this family stayed at this hotel at least 2x a year for the past 5 or more years, it's where they held there birthday parties for their children. I also rented a room there at least 1x a year for my kids birthday parties. My adult nieces and nephews also have had their childrens parties there. We have asked them in the past fir their vacuum so we vould clean up the chip messes that happen, they have usually said dont worry about it bUT we insisted to let us clean up after ourselves and sone times they were times they brough oUT their cart for us and let us clean up. We have even swept and mopped and wiped tables down in the common area after our birthday parties. This stay a week ago wasnt even a birthday party so they didnt have near the amount of crumbs they otherwise could have nor near the amount of people we usually have. They have just lost at least 10 customers in my family alone. Do not rent a room if you plan to have fun. If you want proof of their daughters death it was on Kare 11 news and Books against Bullying was raising money in honor of Lilly VanderVeer today Saturday OCT 7th 2017, Lilly passed away Sept 21st 2017 at 12 years old . Thank You AmericInn for your sympathy, by fining us $100.00 and banned. It makes me sad like I said we are there 2 to 3 times a year for birthday parties, awesome rooms, staff was usually more than accommodating , and even more awesome they are attached to a bowling alley, I have 5 + years worth of pictures of various birthday parties - it's to bad that the a manager has the capabilities of ruining a families fun today and for years of to come, that's okay though we will find a new place to celebrate
