*Updated 3/5/18* Nice modern lanes but expensive and poor customer service. They don't post the times of their league only, closed to the public hours online so if you go without calling first you are likely to be turned away without even so much as a "sorry for the inconvenience, we'll be open to the public again at such and such time" instead we were simply told to go away without explanation & had to ask another employee why they were closed. Also the front desk staff is generally unknowledgable about the league options available as well as the various pricing levels throughout the different days of the week. In fact, the front desk staff seems to get angry if you ask any questions and at best they come off as condescending and uncaring. In addition, they do not seem to stick to the waiting list when busy. Instead they seem to serve whoever is the loudest and rudest first and do not respect customers who wait their turns quietly and patiently. Really the only reason to keep going to this bowling alley is a lack of other options in town. I think all the red in the building subconsciously puts the employees in a bad mood all day everyday. 😂

Came for birthday bowl, had a great time, the drinks and food was just what I needed, be cautious of using arcade area many of games not working and will steal your change w no refunds. Wanted to shoot pool but token machine was out of order. Had a blast bowling

I used to love Southwest Lanes! This was an amazing bowling center, but as of lately, there is so much to be desired. The house itself is spacious and tidy enough - with the exception of the outdated and seldomly cleaned restrooms (but who goes to a bowling alley for a restroom). But the prices are astronomical! $4+ per game?! $9+ on Fridays?! I only bowl league, and with these prices, that will continue. Mossman's food isn't too pricey, but don't dare go to the bar for a $7 pint of beer. Other than how expensive this place is, the lack of clean and dated restrooms, the constantly broken down lanes and the newly installed red lights in place of regular lighting - it may or may not be worth the visit.

BEWARE The worst bowling alley I have ever been to in my life. Every time I go in to bowl there are no lanes available because of league or technical issues. The staff are not helpful at all and don’t seem to care that they are turning money away. I would not recommend going here for any reason. Everyday there are leagues at almost all times or the lanes can’t be touched because of oiling for leagues. This bowling alley should be a private one for leagues only with the way they treat the non-league bowlers. Even the one time I did get a lane I had to see the front desk more times than not because of Technical issues. Just a waste of time to even drive there.

Was busy but expected for a Friday night. Had to wait for an open lane which our group didn't mind, we ordered food during the wait. Chicken strip combo was fine nothing extraordinary. Had a great time overall.
