What a disaster! I went as part of a group of 4 on a very busy Saturday night. There was a long wait for lanes, which was to be expected, BUT there were several lanes that were dark while we waited. I don’t know if they were broken, reserved or what, but the impression it created was not good. While waiting we decided to get a drink from the bar. I ordered a Miller Lite, which they were out of. A friend ordered Tito’s Vodka, which they were out of. Interesting that the bar can’t stock basic items. They also had ONE bartender (slow and overwhelmed) who couldn’t even find a pen when it was time to pay my tab, I used a giant Sharpie! We were promised a server when we got to our lane, that was a joke! We finally grabbed one from another lane and ordered some food. The food came fairly fast and we ordered more right away. I’m still waiting for that order, we never saw the server again! Maybe with more, better trained staff this place will have a shot. If things don’t change, it will not last.

A lively atmosphere with a nice looking arcade and lanes. Duck pin is an options, but we had a wait for regular pins. The bar is also nice looking; my bartender mixed a decent drink. Servers come out to the lanes and bathrooms don't look bad, though the towel roller was out in the women's room. I would go again.

DO NOT waste your money on a child's birthday party here! There was a complete lack of service from the second it started. There was no orientation or information given by the staff. We had a concierge that we had to search the facility for anytime we needed anything from plates for birthday cake, to more ketchup, and even seating for all the children. I booked a party for 20 kids and they did not even have enough tables and chairs for them all to sit together. The manager came up to us towards the end of the party to ask how it was. I told him I was extremely disappointed with the service and all he did was say sorry and that he would let "corporate" know. This was their one opportunity to salvage something from the experience and I was again disappointed. I can tell you there were 20 kids at this party and NONE of them will be booking any birthday parties here. In fact, our school is set to have a mother-son event here in two weeks. If they were unable to handle a party of 20, there is no way they will be able to deal with 50 or more. I will be letting the mother know who runs the event about our experience. Bowlero seems like it would be a cool place to come just as a family and do some bowling on a random weekend or day off but, after this experience, I really do not want to give them any more business. I am left with a feeling that I just completely wasted and threw away over $500.

Massive improvement over the former Timonium AMF Fairlanes. Now has a full arcade, modernized lanes, and a full bar directly behind the lanes. They really did a great job with the remodel and it no longer feels like walking straight into 1970 when you enter the doors. Haven't tried the new food options out but it certainly can't be worse than it used to. Large parking lot around it too so will always be easy to access.

I LOVED IT! Friendly service, very helpful employees and great food! The claw machines are great too!
