Went here to try! The service was great! Cannot complain about that! The food, however, could be improved. The calamari was okay but the sauce was horrible. The calamari was extremely chewy. The pizza was good but over cooked. I also had the wings which were not sauces properly. I wished I had a picture but forgot to take it. I had 12 wings and it seemed the suave was hurriedly applied. Will I go back? Probably when it’s warmer so I c an sit outside and enjoy the hustle and bustle of midtown Atlanta.
Today was their second official day open. I’ve been an Amici fan for as long as I can remember, including working at the Milledgeville location and highly frequenting the Athens location. I was certainly impressed tonight!!! My honey hot wings were deliciously large and crispy, my salad was huge and fresh, and the fries were great as always. Not to mention the atmosphere in this location is spot-on, and Darius our server was incredibly kind dealing with our party of 6. I can’t wait to be a “regular” at this location!!!!!
My friends and I are huge Amici fans - we were regulars at the Athens location during our college days at UGA. When we heard the Midtown location was opening we were so excited! Tonight was our first visit and I know it was just the first of many. We had a great experience. The honey hot wings are my go to order and they were just as good as I remember - great size and super crispy. The staff were all so kind and service was quick! Darius in particular was awesome! Can’t wait to be a regular at this new location!
You believe in love at first Bite. If not, then you have never been to AMICI in Midtown Atlanta. I had their Burger today and all I can say is mmmmmmm. If the burger was like that I can't wait to taste the rest of the menu. If you haven't been I suggest you put it in the GPS and get to 955 Spring St NW Suite A, Atlanta, GA 30309 ASAP. Tuesday's deal is the $10 Burger and fries Wednesday they have pizza specials and wing specials. They have a large selection. If you are into the healthy side of things they have you covered there as well. So check them out. I know I can't wait to go back. On my plate: •Double-Stacked Cheeseburger 6 oz. double-stacked Cheeseburger, served on a Brioche bun with choice of cheese. Lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on the side. •Mustard, ketchup, mayo served on the side • Thin-cut fries
They have great things. They especially have a great special on Wednesdays half off the wings. Also it's great to see a small Brewer as well. That's what brought me in was saying the brewery sign. They have a nice selection of four small batch of good beer.Food: 5/5
First time here and I enjoyed it. Met the owner who was super friendly and approachable. $9.50 special for one slice/one side. I chose pepperoni + fries with ranch and ketchup. It was tasty. My pet peeve is not receiving enough fries. Luckily they gave me a full bed and I was satisfied. Definitely will return.
So…My sister and I pulled up to Amici and it look very nice and clean inside, but when my sister started looking at the reviews I was kinda skeptical. We ended up walking out. As we were leaving I saw two people standing outside talking and asked where there was a good pizza place we’re from up north NYC so we know what pizza is suppose to taste like and they pointed back here. The Bar Manager, Dion was AMAZING to say the least. He made it a priority to make sure we were good. Long story short, pizza was delicious and customer service was A-1. We ordered slices and ended up leaving with an extra large pizza!!!! Will definitely come back!
Everything was absolutely good. Missing stars is for the charge on refills. Which is not on their menu nor was I informed about it. SorryFood: 5/5
We had the lemon pepper wings and the sweet chili wings. They were cooked well and came out piping hot. You can taste the lemon pepper on the wings Very flavorful! The sweet chili wings were sweet and light and just a little kick. The fries were also very good and the mule was excellent!
I parked on the side of Amici and paid my parking meter for 1 hour. It was my son’s birthday and we were looking forward to trying the food here. I was inside the restaurant within 1 min after parking. Inside the restaurant it took 10mins to be seating. There was only one family of 3 in the entire restaurant. Once, we were seated the waitress greeted us and got our drinks. I asked for a few minutes to look at the menu and once again was waiting a long while to even put in order. I ordered 2 slices of pizza and fries, that’s all. We waiting patiently until I became highly disappointed/upset to receive our food 10mins before my parking meter expired and had to asked for boxes to take it TOGO. I still paid my ticket and not to mention it was my son’s birthday lunch and it was a disaster coming to this place. Horrible first experience and no accountability.
