Get here at about 915am, as I go to the shipping office, they punch up my pickup info....turns out Customer didn't  emailed shipper of a carrier change, so my load had just been loaded onto a Prime trailer....ok, no big deal, a simple unload and then reload onto my trailer......ummmm, not so simple.....at 1540 I get a call to finally dock.....now it's 1900, and trailer isn't even half loaded......fast, or even quick, is not in this shipper's vocabulary!!!!!......also, be nice if they cleaned out the microwave, I've seen a landfill look cleaner!!!!!

If you have any plan for the weekend, forget it ... ... this place sucks ... ... we have been waiting for 8 hours, and still no answer to get loading.......

Got here at 12:45 pm , at first they couldn'tfind my pickup number in the system, then at 2 pm they finally let me in the yard, around 5 pm they said my load would be ready around 10 pm, at 11:30 pm they said another couple of hrs and so on until finally at 5:30 am the next morning they put me in a door!  17 hrs until i got a door, who knows how much longer to load! Stay away if you can!

This place is absolutely disgusting and a huge pain in the butt to pick up a load from. I work for Tyson Foods, so I am very familiar with chicken processing plants. This place is absolutely grimey inside and out. The parking lot is also covered with potholes and the shipping staff was rude.
