I can not say enough good about Patti and Terri! I started here 2 weeks ago and going here has been life changing! I love they come up with the work outs, they help and explain EVERYTHING I'm new to all the lifting and exercises. You can tell they are passionate about the sport and fitness. I have a pass to another gym as well; that is now collecting dust because I would much rather attend here. I HIGHLY recommend.
Dropped in to a noon class on a Friday. The coach was knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone at the class was super supportive of each other and nice. If I ever come through again I will definitely stop here!
Hardest and best quality workout you can do. Staff pay great attention to everyone and the patron support is by far better than any gym offers.
Nice gym, friendly people. I'll come back when I'm in town.
