This has to be one of the worst schools around with a school administrator there who is meant to help the kids but instead tells them of her own personal problems I'm so disappointed in the lack of control at this school having been Told be there my child of fights among students constantly .I would never recommend anyone move to this school and of they are looking to purchase or rent a home in surrounding area I implore you to ask your Realtor what district you are in and if they say Amityville run as far s possible

This school is alright. I like the teachers and they very much support you on everything. They are like students but students that help out. The after school activities are OK. There arent a lot of other sports to participate in, just the common ones. Its not the BEST school on Long Island but it does well.
