Going from 3 to 1 employee is really horrible for both the employee and the customer. And giving Amorino a McDonald approach with the ordering system, no contact and yelling out names is another blunder. I hope that those changes will reflect on the bottom line but it definitely ruined the experience Amorino is known all over the world for. And now, many of the table are occupied by people waiting but not consuming and Chick-fil-a or other fast food eaters. No contact means that Amorino is public place opened to non consumers.
Great cafe in Lenox Square with a good selection of coffee drinks and Gelato. Located on the main level of the mall where you can stop and rest for few minutes.

This place has extremely creamy ice cream. You pay for what you get most of the time and this place is no exception. I would certainly call this a premium place for dessert, but it is worth it if you're willing to pay extra for a better taste and experience. I would recommend for date nights or if you have money to burn and you're craving as sugar.
Chose crepes over the expansive gelato selection, and it wasn’t too bad! Pretty expensive, considering a serving of crepe was just half a crepe. I’m glad I ordered 2. There’s plenty of seating to accommodate the large weekend crowd.
Does this look like $10 ice cream? I come often & today the black gentleman with a beard sloppily gave me ice cream & the cookie fell off in line. He fought about giving me a replacement cookie. Nasty attitude. This is +$10 per cone & very bad customer service. Not worth it!

Delicious gelati that reminds me of life in Italy. The coffee is unsurpassed. The owner was there the last time I went & was kind and gracious. Definitely the spot to go for hot chocolate, tarts, macaroons and more in Buckhead. Summertime and winter-my special spot for treats! Lovely staff too,
