I am giving one star which is more than this agent deserves.Worst customer service never answeres phone calls office does not follow thru with your insurance needs and Amos himself said to me don’t worry it is only insurance. That’s totally unacceptable I carry insurance to cover my investments. I should not have to worry if my agent is doing his job.

I have never had an issue with this office. My family uses State Farm for pretty much all of our insurance needs and we get personalized and friendly customer service consistently. My dad was critically injured by a careless driver but State Farm was there to help us through all of the issues and bills. The office staff was even upset themselves because they knew my dad so well and they were just as worried as my family was about his condition. Overall, I can always expect a pleasant conversation when I have an issue or change and I will continue to do business with this office.

NOT ONLY THEY ARE OVER PRICE  BUT, THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONES, AND WHEN THEY DO THE PERSON WHO ANSWER CAN'T HELP YOU, YOU LEAVE A MESSAGES, AND NEVER GET A CALL BACK... '"VERY BAD SERVICE" I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET INSURGENCE FROM AMOS BACA.
