My Dr is great she listens to me and takes her time even when she doesn't have time. The staff is very nice. Sometimes the wait is long but I get early morning or late evening and I get right in. Sandra Day is my and my 16 yr olds NP and Sarah is my 13 yr old Dr and I love them both.

This wasn't my first choice to begin with., but no one else is accepting new patients. Went with my fiance for a 7p.m. appointment. There were two other patients in front of him, but we waited over an hour before we were taken back to a room, and then another almost half an hour before we were seen for 5 minutes.  We were there to get his blood pressure under control. They checked it once, noted it was high, asked a couple questions, and said they were going to put him on a blood pressure medication.  Again, that was Wednesday.  As of five minutes ago, I'm still trying to get someone to send his prescription over to the pharmacy.  I've called multiple times and left many messages, but I feel like no one there is taking it seriously.  When the roles are reversed and they're wanting me to pay the bill, they're going to expect me to be prompt.  I dread the thought that I'm going to have to take him there for a follow-up because no one else is accepting patients...

Always a long wait. Been with them for almost 3 months and still haven't seen my PCP.
 CT scan for torn right meniscus 17 days ago and still no follow up.
  They are doing a much  better job although communication is a problem

Long waits even with appointment.
Expect 3 hrs for your appointments. 
Dr unwilling to give more than a few minutes to explain your situation and receive unempathic treatment.
I waited over two hours in an empty lobby with a severe staph infection with a red streak up past my hips while Doctor Christina Crawford told me she was on her computer, then sent me to ER.
Refused to to have her attending to clean up the puss running down my leg into my shoe.
That was only one incident with just one doctor.

I have been going to Ampla Health Yuba City for almost 2 years now. I absolutely love Dr. Reshema Gandhi . she is an amazing Dr that deeply cares for her patients & listens to her patients needs. I am very sad to see her leave Ampla Health in November. But understand the reason. I will greatly miss Dr. Gandhi. Now just have to find a new Dr @ Ampla Health that is caring & understanding like Dr Gandhi.
