As with any ampm you get a wide variety of snacks, fast food, and beverages with some good deals. Sometimes it's expensive depending on what you're getting. Not a fan of the debit card charge, but the employees are friendly and know how to make a long line move fast.

This is actually my favorite gas station to stop at. Conveniently located at a busy corner near major freeways. The morning staff is the ones I get to see when I stop by. The gentleman who man's the cashier is very friendly and helpful always greets you with a smoke and happy to see you again. Very polite and professional. He is the reason why I return because of his excellent customer service greeting and reading you very well. As far as the products that are available, is everything that any other convince shop has snacks drinks food and plenty of other things. I like stopping at this place and find it to be very nice professional services

Some of the RUDEST employees I have ever met.I forgot my phone in the local arco by my house located on laurel cyn and roscoe around 5 o'clock pacific time. I hadnt realized I was missing my phone until about 10 o'clock I retraced my steps and one of the employees who was very nice told me they found my phone but it was put away for safe keeping he provided me with the store number and told me to pick it up today 4/3/10 but to call before I went in. This morning I call in and ask what time would be fine to pick up my phone the employee rudely replies "what phone?!?!" and I told him "I forgot my phone there and one of your co workers told me I could pick it up today" and then he says "i dont know what you are talking about. i'm very busy" and i said "well i need my phone" the cs clerk says again "i dont know i dont know i'm busy" and hangs up on me. I drive to the gasoline station and ask the guy when i can pick up my phone and he once again tells me he has no idea what i am talking about when i tell him AGAIN that one of his co workers told me to go pick it up the clerk acts like I am crazy and has no idea what I am talking about when I ask to speak to his manager he rudely tells me that he doesnt have a manager i ask to confirm "you dont have a manager?" and he says "well not a manager we have a boss" i tell him "ok i want to talk to your boss" he then REFUSES to call him and refers me to a "help wanted" sign and told me to call his boss there. I contact his boss and I tell him how I forgot my phone and was told by one of his employees that they put it away in an office. he then says "what phone. what phone? call the place if they have it they will tell you" i tell him once again that his employee told me to go pick it up today he then says they dont have my phone and begins to ARGUE with me. I then threatened to contact the police if he did not give me my phone. When i ask him for his name he says "never mind he then HANGS UP on me and when I try calling back he wont answer. I then get a call back from him telling me he has my phone I then tell my cousin to answer because I am very upset by this point he then begins to yell at my cousin and will not give us a time to go pick it up. He finally said around 1. I have never experience anything like this for a boss to begin to argue with a customer and tell them they are wrong and treat them like they are lying is NOT acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this gas station to ANYONE.
