If your a guy and you need a good toenail digging pedicure this is the place.  Ask for ROSE OR LUCY but almost anyone you get to do your toenails is great.  I have never had any issues with this place clean, fast, and friendly.  

05/03/2018 - Still going strong.  THE BEST NAIL PLACE IN THE METRO AREA.  To be far anyone you have do your nails do a great and thorough job.

Just went in after calling and asking if there would be a wait for just a gel polish change on my regular nails,  after being told that there would be no wait I Drove there within 10 minutes walked in the woman at the front asked me what I wanted, I explained to her what I needed done. She told me to pick out a color, So I did and sat down. Waited for over 15 minutes and had not one person at knowledge me until I called another nail salon that was right down the road and asked if there was a wait she then said it would only be a few more minutes I just had to be patient so I walked out. No one told me how long of a wait it would be no one even acknowledge me until they realize that I was going to Go somewhere else. If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Seriously lacking customer service skills all around.

My niece scheduled an appointment 1 day in advanced for the both of us. We arrived on time for our appointment to our dismay we were told to sit. Another customer came in and sat right down in a pedicure station. A lady was sitting at a manicure station and said, "You are busy today." The manager/owner responded, "Yes, all walk in" 

My niece stepped outside and started calling other salons and she found another place that could service us. Once we stood up to leave is when another employee rushed at us to come sit. We had already been waiting 20 minutes passed our scheduled appointment and they put the walk-in customer ahead of scheduled customers. That is not appropriate business practices.
