I purchased a groupon, called Ana Bella to schedule an appointment for 11:00am the following Friday. I get there at 11:00am and the salon is closed and called and told that someone will be there at 11:30am. On top of that, she told me I had to pay $7 more than how much I paid for the groupon. Worst experience ever as far as customer service. Never going back. Thank goodness I got a refund from groupon.
