Good meal for a group. Slow service, but very friendly and helpful service. We didn't mind the slowness as we weren't in a rush. Nice live music which unfortunately ended soon after we arrived. Enjoyed the gluten free cheesecake offering which was very nice.

We had a great dinner. Our server took the time to say hello and when asked about "best of the menu" gave some really good opinions. I wanted something more sweet this time so I settled of the maple garlic wings. if you get them you will not be disappointed. Clean dinning area with clean bathrooms.

My meal was terrible. Service was bad. Asked the owner to compensate a meal and an appetizer because we did not touch the food and he refused. He was arrogant and intimidating from the moment he came to my table. He was aggressive and made no attempt to even be nice with us. I’m a local resident and I would never go back. Business must be too good because he does not care about making anything right for the customers.

The wings are okay. The sauce is average. The waitstaff forgot to place the order of someone's main entree to the kitchen so that person didn't eat their dinner of wings at the same time as us - plus the order was the wrong sauce! We didn't say anything anymore or else we had to wait longer. Two things we liked were the atmosphere and the live music.

Will not go back to this place. Went there last night for our second time due to half price wine special and the wine list is decent. We ordered drinks from our female server, who was pleasant. Then we ordered a burger and chicken wings from our male server, he came back 10 minutes later explaining that they were out of burgers but they would rectify the situation but the burger would take a little longer, which we agreed to. Long story short, we figured the burger would be delayed by 15 min or so, but when it arrived 40 minutes later I discussed with the female server that that was way too long for a burger and she agreed and said that she'd figure something out for us. The male server returned with the bill and they had not even tried to rectify the situation but charged us full price for it. When I told him that the female server said they they were going to 'figure something out", he responded with "I have no idea what she said to you" and then just stood there staring at us expecting us to pay full price and made no effort to accommodate us. This is incredibly poor customer service that has now costed them 2 customers, so much so that it prompted me to write this review.
