Stacie at Anchor Storage is just awesome! I came in for furniture pads which they didn't have available. Instead of sending me away, Stacie immediately got on the phone to find me what I needed. We found a place just up the road. This is the true definition of great customer service! Thank you Stacie! If you need storage or moving supplies/trucks you should go here! I know that I will!

Kind of pricey. And if you get a discount, it doesn't last very long

So far...great!   This is the first time we have ever used a storage facility. We came in over the weekend and found Stacy to be very patient and  helpful.  She provided a lot of great information right up front, showed us two units and answered our questions.  The units we looked at were clean and had no bad smells. The grounds looked great.  We told  her we wanted to look at one more place nearby and then went on our way.  We then visited another facility just north of this one.  There was nothing bad about it, except the units were not as readily accessible and the on-site manager did not offer to show us any.  The information about the property, its maintenance and security, were not as readily given as at Anchor.  

Bottom line, Stacy put forth an effort to get our business at Anchor Storage.  I guess that says something when most facilities are at a very high occupancy level - even Anchor - and yet they worked for our business instead of just sitting back and being content.
