Staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful.  Always responsive and accommodating to every request. More competitive than any other travel agency.
I use them every time we travel...I've been using them for many many years, I had reservations always on time no issues.  Very competent! I even called them from overseas to change my flight and they were very helpful..

I highly recommend Andalous Travel. 

Staff are great! 
Khadija, Rita, Jamila and Elhaj himself is great.

I just want to share how horrible andalous and Hamza travel is.There is no reason to use them. 
This andalous travel agency is the worst possible!!

This is the worst travel agency I have ever seen, I had used them in the past , they were not bad ,but this past summer they ripped me off, the price was so high , plus I missed my flight and tried to reach them, the phone kept ringing with no answer,  I had to spend the night in New York city , I paid 250 dollars for the hotel plus cab and food expenses,  the next day I was able to get in touch with the employee, I told him about my problem he charged me another 360 dollars so I can catch the plane that night meanwhile another lady the same thing happened to her she had to pay 110 dollars only, no more these thieves
