I live in a condo, lost my keys, couldn't get into my mailbox, and neither both of the post offices or my condo association board members couldn't help me. I knew I had to call a locksmith. I called on a Friday afternoon, and he was in Lake Wales doing some work and told me Monday would be a safe bet. When I told him my birthday was the next day and I was looking forward to cards/didn't want them returned to sender, he took down my husband's number (I had to go to work) and came out after hours, after finishing prior commitments. It was extremely appreciated. Now I have an accessible mailbox with 3 keys, versus one key initially provided when I moved in. We weren't charged any additional fee for the after 5 o'clock on Friday service, and while I hope I never need a locksmith again, I know that if I do, this will be the one I call.

We had our commercial locks done with them and now can never get a hold of them.   They never return a single phone call!

Very grateful for the friendly service and professionalism.  He really helped me out in my time of need, even though it was my own fault.  Could not be more happy.  I would recommend to my friends and family.  I don't write a lot of reviews for businesses, but I was so impressed that I wanted to spread the word.

Went to get a key fixed n didn't work .. had to call a lock smith n they got it right
