worse driver and bus ever!! Bus should never have left bus barn in it condition. With the brake problems and stairs not lowering!.Took six days into tour to have bus repaired. Driver with attitude and not courteous or helpful to riders. Not acceptable to have driver trying to program phone while driving and running cars off the road. Not physically able to handle all the luggage. Depended on others to help. on the sixth day some people would not even go to events of the day. They were too nervous to ride the bus.
