Outstanding! Best gym I've been to! Class structure so no screwing around. That helps me stay motivated. I work out harder here then I ever have before and the results are quicker too. Aaron, the owner genuinely cares about helping you out. I'm 3 weeks in and he's worked around a calf strain I've been dealing with. No excuse not to work out, he'll figure out something for you. I just got his meal plan and I'm pumped to get this going. I'm actually excited to go now!
