I have worked with Anderson Insurance for 2.5 years. My agent is Scott. I always have a timely response from him or his assistant Cassie if he is out of the office. They shop around for the best rate, so I don't have to overpay.

The customer service is good until you send the money and then they don't answer the phone, respond to voicemails, or email.
