Simply the best staff & care of any vets office I've ever used. They kept our cat with kidney failure alive for 2 1/2 years, teaching us how 2 do home dialysis. They even put us in touch with a local fund 2 help us defray the expenses of Angelhair's treatment. Thank you especially to owner & manager Diane! Love you all!!

I always enjoy my visits to AAH with my birds! It is so difficult to find veterinarians and technicians experienced in avian healthcare and handling! I am so happy with my choice to come to you and know my boys are always in good hands. I work at another local veterinary clinic and often refer exotics to you as we do not handle most of them. I can confidently refer pet owners to you as I can tell them firsthand how excellent you all are! We usually see Dr Lincoln (who does an excellent job at answering all of my questions and you can tell he genuinely cares and knows his stuff!) and we have had one or two different techs but most of the time we have had Susan and she is absolutely amazing in her skill at getting control of the birds then safely restraining them and keeping them calm -- my boys are not easy patients!! Thank you all for all you do every day, for all creatures big and small! Ashly G & Birds

Great vet. I have a hedgehog and a dog. I currently only have my hedgehog there but will be moving my dog as well. Staff is kind and knowledgable. Doctors are responsive and patient.

I love Andover Animal Hospital! I am so incredibly grateful for the excellent care that Dr. Hamilton Lincoln has given Red! I also am amazed at the way he dealt with Red's reactiveness. He was super calm. Now Red is so comfortable with the whole team. The staff is terrific, from Mikaela, the tech, who clipped his nails a few times and checked on him during boarding for me, to the great staff at the front desk who answered all my questions in such a friendly way, and, of course, Dr. Lincoln.

When I arrive with my dog, everyone greets her. They know their patients well and are always so welcoming. The doctors are great. I think They are as good as vet care gets.
