The best Volunteer Fire Department in the area. The EMTs are first rate and the firefighters are excellent. When you need them they are there quickly. This group of people give back to the people of Andover and surrounding towns because they are dedicated to helping their community.

I worked with Mindy in the Billing Department to resolve the balance due after my health insurance. She was pleasant, professional, and courteous. She went out of her way to help me and I have tried to contact the fire chief to put in a good word for her but he hasn't called me back. :-( Maybe he will read this and know what an asset she is to the organization. She treated me with respect, and dignity when I called to make payment arrangements. She really did so much more than she had to. This woman deserves a Halo :-)
