What a view! A large, windowless wall in our new house felt lifeless. Before it could become cluttered with random wall hangings,  I asked Andrea Oreck to create an image looking towards Sonoma Valley with the moon rising over the hills.  Andrea took the time to understand my vision, walking outside with me, looking towards the hills above the Valley of the Moon, and talking through how I wanted the mural to feel.  She truly brought the outside in, extending the floor tiles so it feels like we could walk from the room out to a meandering creek, fields and trees.  I was amazed by Andrea’s projection of the image on a photo of the wall, which gave me confidence to proceed with the bold step of covering this large wall with a mural.  For over 20 years, this mural has enhanced my life every day and delighted family and friends who come over to visit. A few years later, I asked for Andrea’s help with a project.  I love to dance and wanted to make a cabinet with mirrors that I could open to make the living room feel like a temporary dance studio.  When closed, I wanted to cabinet to enhance the room.  My husband and I had enjoyed vacation trips through the American Southwest.  We shared our photos from these trips with Andrea. She created a unique mural which matches the windows in the living room and shows a view through the window compiled from our favorite photos.  Andrea showed us a draft of the mural/cabinet on the wall, graciously listened to our comments, and made minor adjustments we requested.  Her artwork brings back the joyous feeling of our vacations.  My friends and I have had a great time opening the mirror cabinet, dancing in our temporary studio, then closing it up and relaxing in the living room.  Andrea is a very talented artist and muralist.  I particularly love how she worked with me to bring my vision to life in original artworks that I enjoy every day.

We first met Andrea at the Home & Garden Show. We made an appointment and she came out to our home to discuss our interests and see what would look best in our home. We had just returned from a vacation in Italy and liked the architecture that we saw there. When she came back, she had three different choices for us, and we were very pleased. Her professionalism is outstanding and a day doesn’t go by that we don’t love our mural. It has been 17 years since we met Andrea and we value her friendship and think of her every day when we look at our mural.

Andrea painted a mural on a wall and closet door in my home. It is an area visible from several view points and the scene she painted makes the area stand out in a beautiful way. Andrea took plenty of time to explain the entire procedure to me and to incorporate the elements, colors, and edging  that mattered to me. Everything went as she explained it would; I couldn't be happier with her work. She is a gifted local artists.  I was in fact so pleased that I had her paint an upstairs bathroom door as well. The murals were painted in 2017 and have kept their beauty and bring me joy every day. Thanks Andrea

I have known Andrea for quite a few years now.  I had seen her beautiful artwork and knew I wanted something of her making.  I had the idea for a bunny & a fox in a desert scene.  I had no expectation of the process, just the finished product.  Andy is not only a talented artist, but also an organized, methodical business woman.  The process was easy to follow, you pay along the way, and have input at all times.  When she came to my home to install it, we had so much fun!  I couldn't be happier!  I look at my mural and it takes me right back to the desert and reminds me of my treasured friendship with Andy!

Not only is Andrea Oreck a fine artist of exceptional talent, she is extremely adept at working with the vision, expectations and needs of clients to creatively enhance their living or working spaces. I've been working with Andrea Oreck Fine Arts for quite a few years now. She has done mural work at my professional offices, art work for same, provided color consultation for both my home and my business, and made custom window coverings for two rooms at my offices. Andrea has been a pleasure to work with and very helpful in design and excellent in project execution. I would highly recommend her services for both residential and commercial projects.

We saw Andrea's work thru a friend and our remodeled home had a place to show it off.  We met with her and she explained the necessary steps.
