In July, I was in Toledo for about 10 days for a family reunion. I was involved in an accident with no damage to either vehicle. The person backed into me but she said I hit her. Since there was no damage, I left the Insurance Company found no fault or damage case closed. So I thought, a Toledo Policemen calls me on Sept 15, he asks me what happened and could he have my DL and DOB every time a cop pulls my record I'm guilty. Two weeks later I get a summands along with two citations to appear in court in Toledo in less than a week. I live in Texas and father is in the hospital in ICU. I contact the court to tell them I cannot be there I was promptly told if I don't make my court date my Drivers License will be suspended. I needed a good Attorney quickly I did a little research and found Andrew Bucher. Andrew not only took my case he did everything he said he was going to do "my case was dismissed" I don't have to tell you how rare that is with lawyers.
