I went in yesterday looking for engagement rings. There were two girls working. One girl came over and greeted us and my sister and I were talking. She asked how we were doing and we were in the middle of talking so I had not answered yet. The other girl (RIGHT NEXT TO US) says in a snotty voice "Im doing well thanks" and they both burst out laughing. I grab my sister to leave. I couldn't believe a place trying to sell you something to expensive would act like this. The one girl said have a good day as we walked out and I said thanks and they both burst out laughing yet again. I turn around and look at them shaking my head and they burst out laughing yet again. I have never had such an unprofessional experience and I cannot believe associates would be allowed to act in such a manor (especially in a place where people are there to spend thousands of dollars). I took my business across the mall where the associates were very professional and helpful.

The sales people were great, probably one of the best experiences I've had a a jewelry store. But they don't have a jeweler on site daily so when you custom order something you have wait for the jeweler to come in and then have to wait for the shipment. Something that should have been done in two days is now dragged out because they don't have a jeweler on site. If you want something specific and if there's a chance you want it done by a certain date. I would not go here unless it's at least 2 weeks out. I called a few other jewelry stores around town and they all had the stone on site and/or could have had it next day. Will not be returning to Andrews Jewelers again.

I went and purchased an engagement ring close to the holidays. The people there were super helpful and nice to work with. I had 3 weeks before my now fiance and I were going on vacation, where I was planning popping the question. They made me a custom ring and got it the band in the day I was leaving. With the holidays going on at the time, that was really impressive. They hadn't had a chance to set the diamond yet when I came in to see if they might have it done before I left. To me it was a long shot but I thought who knows. I told them I was leaving that night and instead of telling me, "too bad sorry we can't have it set today," because their guy wasn't in; they made a phone call, left immediately, and had another jeweler set it for me. They made magic happen for me and we had the best engagement my fiance and I could have ever dreamed!! The ring was beautiful and my fiance can't stop commenting on how great it is or how many complements from friends and family she gets about how gorgeous it is!!! The staff their has been great to work with and its been a pleasure to do business with them because they really care. Between excellent customer service and the beautiful work they did on the engagement ring I would recommend them to anyone. Ask for Kemeral! She is the best!
