My wife and I decided to purchase our first home. We were intimidated by the process as well as the difficult housing market. Fortunately for us, we called Andy and his team. Our realtor, Deea was amazing! If you're looking for a realtor that is experienced and attentive, look no further. For example, I sent her a text with 3 homes I wanted to see. Within an hour she responded that she had scheduled visits to all 3 locations that very same day. She was always available (including evenings and weekends). She kept us up-to-date every step of the way. In a difficult market she managed to negotiate an amazing offer. She went the extra mile in every way possible from inquiring about the homes average utility costs to talking with the neighbors. If you're buying a home, call and ask to work with Deea. You won't regret it.

From initial home showings and making an offer, to closing on our home, Tyler was a fantastic resource and advocate for us. He was always easily accessible by text, phone, or email. He genuinely tried to understand my family's needs and wants for a new home, and worked hard at getting us just that. He always did his best to make himself available for showings, even when there was a last-minute home we wanted to see. Tyler was great at negotiating and closing the deal for us, even when things looked like they could possibly fall through. Not only is he extremely professional, but he's an all-around good guy and very personable. I will recommend Tyler to anyone who has any real estate needs.

We are really grateful to Tyler for his tremendous help in helping us find our first home.  We ended up deciding to build and he helped us through each stage of the process. He was great at giving us all the information we needed to make decisions. He answered our countless questions and was always great about getting back to us promptly. 
It was wonderful to be able to work with Tyler because we knew we could trust him and that he was looking out for our best interest. We would highly recommend Tyler to anyone buying or selling a home!

As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous about making sure I had an agent who would be honest with me and walk me through the whole process.  I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Tyler.  He was there every step of the way and went above and beyond the call of duty!  He was willing to work with our extremely busy schedule to tour houses and did so much of the paperwork and behind the scenes work that I didn't have to worry about anything.  He always had our best interests at heart and listened to what we really wanted in a house and then helped us find it.  I loved that he would let us develop an opinion about a house first, and then chime in with the occasional "Did you see this feature?" or "Did you notice this about the house that you might not be so fond of?"  He was never pushy and always understanding.  Right before we closed there was a change in mortgage insurance rates that he immediately took to our financier to make sure we could take advantage of it.  When (if) we ever decide to sell this house, I will definitely be working with wonderful group of people again!

Tyler is a fantastic agent to work with! He helped us find a home I just know we are going to be very happy in! He answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly and was so always quick to get back to us when we wanted to see a house. We could contact him anytime and he never made us feel like we were imposing. He is knowledgeable and thorough in all that he does. I felt like we were the only clients sometimes because of the time and attention he gave us. I know he will make anyone feel the same way we did!
