The staff is very rude and was degrading to me. I did not feel welcome and was pushed away. There are far better insurance companies with cheaper rates and better coverage without fees.

Andy and his staff truly care about the service they provide their customers. Andy visits with us regularly about our policies and makes sound recommendations. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and responsive. I'm please with the Country product and feel we are in excellent hands with Andy.

We thought that our other insurance was a good deal, but after talking with Andy, they not only beat the price, but gave us more benefits. Give them the chance to get you a better deal.
