They always try to scam you here donut trust these people they never check your vehicle they lie to you they sometimes mess up your car

Likes to add services onto what you request to have done and charge you extra for them. Requested an oil change and tire rotation charged $35 and $15 respectively. Went to pick up the vehicle and without authorization or calling first...he also did a inspection ($21), air filter replacement ($22),  added coolant ($18), and added washer fluid ($4). When asked why...he said he was doing us a favor. I was planning to do the air filter and fluids myself and already purchased the supplies.  This was also 2 days before black friday. Andy cursed at me and said "what...you expect me to eat the cost." He threw a five dollar bill at me and walked out of the room.  This incident was his second chance after he offered to put "barely used" tires on my mothers car. He said that 3 tires were the same brand and the other was a different brand but same specs. When my mom got the tires home...I noticed significant wear on one tire and that the were 3 different tires on the car with 3 different speed ratings (two of the ratings were under the manufacturers recommendation). These issues would have proved dangerous if my mom would have applied the breaks hard as the tires would grip at different times and rates causing her to potentially lose control. My mom and girlfriend trusted Andy and he used their lack of automotive knowledge to repeatedly make more money. Beware...my family is done here...our safety and wallet is more important than his greed.
