I love the atmosphere gospel music playing as you shop and the sales people are wonderful especially Gloria. I also like the fact that there are only several pieces in every style. Therefore you don't see yourself coming and going 😂

The Salesperson at this store is MARVELOUS!  Her name is Lisa... However, be careful in patronizing the store.  I bought a hat on yesterday called a Fashionator... when I got the hat home, the comb came out of the hat!  I live an hour away... too far to take it back!  The store does have, as most millinery shops do, a no refund/exchange only policy, 7 days, with receipt!  I totally get that -- makes sense!  However, it is "implied" and "understood" that the merchandise is NOT defective!  

Miss Lee was concerned about customers buying merchandise, wearing it, and then returning it!  I get it -- lots of people do that!  I'm not one of them!  I told them of the event on Saturday -- last minute request for ladies to wear hats!  I offered to FAX her a copy of the ticket so she could see the event had NOT happened yet!  She refused!

A defective product is one thing... adding insult to injury by falsely accusing the customer is quite another!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! BE SURE YOU REALLY WANT IT!
