Have been shopping at this store for a while now and they always have the best selection of fresh produce.Their produce is also fairly priced and the staff are friendly.Thumbs up!!

I WOULD NOT give this place 1 STAR for their cashier, "Kathy," but WAS FORCED to do so IN ORDER TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!! I went through the express checkout (15 items or less) this afternoon (6/21/17) and "Kathy," the Cashier, immediately noticed the beer at the bottom of my cart, called it out to me and rang it up BEFORE I could place ANY of the additional items inside my cart on the counter for her to scan. When I placed the remaining items from my cart on the counter, ALL but 1 item (fabric softener) was FOOD. Once "Kathy" scanned those items and I pulled out my food share card to make the purchase... (knowing food share pays ONLY for "food" items... not fabric softener, alcohol, etc...), not only was "Kathy" IRRITATED that she had to CANCEL the transaction and RE-RING it due to HER premature actions of including the beer, but she stated, for ALL surrounding customers to hear, (and I quote) "If you can afford BEER, then you shouldn't be entitled to food share!"  HOW DARE SHE "JUDGE" ME!  Whether the beer was for me, or I purchased it for someone else, that's NOT the point! She had NO RIGHT to verbally HUMILIATE me in front of other customers!!!! When I got home, after stewing on the entire scenario, I called the Owner... "Maria"... She told me, once I explained the entire situation and after putting me on hold to speak with "Kathy," there "Must have been a misunderstanding!" Ummmm, NO!!!
