Made an already bad situation even worse. Very frustrating working with these people. The paperwork is nightmare unless you go in or have a fax machine and a landline. They do not own a scanner and are computer illiterate. It took them close to a week to open the pdf documents I emailed. And no I will not just sign a blank contract and email it to you.

I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to people who are going through a very difficult and emotionally draining time in their lives.  The owners and staff are kind, caring, and compassionate.  They did not try to "up sell" anything or take advantage of us when we were emotionally vulnerable.  This was my third time going through this process for a family member and it was the least stressful and most reasonably priced of the three.  And they offered all of the same products and services the other establishments offered.  When I am faced with this situation again, I will be calling Angels.  Until then, I am paying it forward to others in need.

Sandy and her team truly are exceptional. They care and look out for you when you need help the most. Second time with them.

The people at Angles are very caring and competent at a reasonable price.  They always answer the phone and they send thoughtful letters and cards.   I highly recommend them.

I have used this place twice now.  For my Brother-In-Law and my Mother.  They were great and very caring.  They did their best to put us at ease and were very helpful in helping us with the process.
